Terms of service

The short version: GhostPost drafts, you review, your content stays yours. The slightly longer version follows.

01

What GhostPost does

GhostPost drafts social-media posts grounded in workspace content you connect. It is a drafting service: it proposes posts, and you decide what happens to them.

02

Your content is yours

The workspace content you connect and the posts you publish belong to you. GhostPost claims no ownership over either — including the drafts it generates for you.

03

Nothing publishes without you

Drafts land in your scheduling tool for your review. Nothing is published anywhere without your action. You review, edit, approve, or discard — every post that goes out is one you chose to send.

04

Your side of the deal

Use the service on your own workspaces, with content you have the right to connect. Don’t attempt to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend or terminate accounts for abuse. You can leave at any time, and deletion works as described in the privacy policy.

05

As-is, no warranty

GhostPost is early-stage software, provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Drafts are AI-generated: reviewing them before publishing is your responsibility, and it’s the review step the whole product is built around.

06

Limited liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, GhostPost’s total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

07

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we’ll email you. Continuing to use GhostPost after a change means you accept the updated terms.

08

The spirit

These terms are written to be read. We act in good faith and expect the same; where something is ambiguous, the plain-English reading wins. Questions: chris@ghostpost.dev.
